BENEFICIAL CLS FEATURES

The original colour of any LED crystal is blue. To achieve the white colour, comfortable for eyes, the crystal is covered with yellow luminophore.

The standard solution is to pack the crystal in a separate case and cover it with a thin coating of luminophore.

The CLS principal difference lies in the following: first a large number of low-power crystals is fixed on a PCB of extended size, then it is covered with a coating of transparent compound (4 mm) and a layer of luminophore, mixed with 2 mm silica gel; thus we get ‘remote phosphor’, which better transforms blue into white and produces an even light distribution.

Even crystal distribution supports their comfortable service temperature, which significantly increases Enercom light module service life.

COMFORTABLE LIGHTING

Since it has become a tradition to use powerful LEDs, most our rivals use solutions, in which light shines in the eyes, spreading in beams. As a result, it is almost impossible to look straight at the light.

In CLS models the lighting surface is greatly extended, which reduces dimensional brightness by 10 times in comparison with the analogues, so that your eyes would feel no irritation when facing the light.

HEATING ZONES

The accepted powerful diode scheme leads to an extra heating channel between the crystal and the PCB, which results in temperature going up 5-10°C.

In CLS LED modules the low-power chips are fixed directly on the PCB, they emit little heat, which evenly travels along the entire surface. The PCB is made of high-quality aluminum or copper.

So the LED crystal temperature doesn’t go below 65°C (if the environment temperature is 25°C), which is 10°C lower than that of the analogues. It enables the lights to work effectively even when the working environment is as hot as 60°C.

ACTUAL SERVICE LIFE
Foreword:

An average service life for most standard LEDS is 50000 hours.

As a rule, these figures have no actual proof, they are based on LED production characteristics, not on a LED itself, which makes these figures useless.

Unlike those of our rivals, Enercom LED modules are guaranteed to work 70000 hours or even more.

These figures are confirmed by VNISI Enercom tests, carried out under the most complicated conditions (Baltica brewing plant).

It should be stressed that our customers point out a much longer service life of our lights in comparison with the production characteristics (light flux degradation is only 15 % with 50000 hours of service in street lighting systems).

The standard warranty on the Russian market is 2-3 years, generallycontaining numerous exceptions and additional terms, but the most significant failure is that there is no light flux preserve warranty. As a result, the industry risks not to meet lighting standards, and yet is unable to replace the lights within the warranty. So the customer faces a dilemma: to bear additional costs or to break the standards.

Enercom guarantees what most companies cannot guarantee.

We give a 7-year warranty for all our lights, without any exceptions or fine print. In other words, we’ll replace the defective or broken light quickly and for free.
