24-hour service reliability

Many car and metal industries have continuous 24/7 working processes, which makes it very difficult and expensive to replace broken lights from a high altitude.

Enercom solution:

Enercom light high reliability is, first of all, achieved by to a special patented design LED-and-driver scheme, resistant to power fluctuations and having a long service life.

High temperature environment

Most high-power lights (up to 150 W) are not designed to be used in an environment, where temperature is higher than 40°С, because their crystals reach the critical heating point of more than 95°С.

Enercom solution:

FLW design scheme is based on the maximal heat removal from each crystal, that’s why the light is heated less and can be used at high temperatures.

Our example: At the temperature of +40°Сa FLW light’s highest temperature is 65°С. The crystals reach the temperature of 75°С, which lets them work not less than 50000 hours.

Higher mechanical reliability

First of all, metal and car industries require lights to have a high resistance to mechanical damage and vibration.

Enercom solution:

In our light production we use:

- a totally aluminum case

- hardened glassto be used at high temperatures

- a safety cable

- a reinforced vibration-resistant anchorage point.

Aggressive operation environments

Metal industry environment is naturally full of dust, soot, mechanical particles, tar, aggressive sprays and gas mixtures, that’s why it requires specially protected lights.

Enercom solution:

All Enercom metal and car industry lights are IP-protected. By the customer’s request we cover our lights glasses with lipophobic coating – the only coating Porsche uses for its glasses – which gives a guaranteed and long-time effect, preventing any industrial pollutants from building up on the glass. It results in easier maintenance, while cleaning average lights is a complicated mechanical process, leading do optics damage.

Easy replacement and maintenance

If there are special maintenance bridges at a factory, it is much easier to reach the lights. This is a very common solution at most factories.

Enercom solution:

If there are such bridges at a factory, we supply a special folding bracket, being part of the lights set. These brackets are easily installed and enormously simplify the light maintenance.

Enercom lights can be equipped with IP-protected connectors, which enable to replace the driver in a few minutes.
