OBJECTIVES:
1. To ensure lighting when installing the fixtures at the height of 33 metres (two times exceeding the pilot eye level, which is typical for the type of aircrafts that are regularly used in the airport)
2. Light fixtures resistance to severe weather conditions (wind, sailage, snow, rain)
3. Average light level shall be at least 20 lx at the Ramp No.4, Flight Test Station Ramp and 5 lx at fire access roads
4. Conformity of the lighting system to all regulations and requirements of ICAO (Aerodrome Design Manual DOC 9157-AN/901)
PROJECT FEATURES:
The facility is characterized by high altitudes and extreme operating conditions. The ENERCOM technical solution enabled the compliance with all necessary requirements to lighting, suspension height with respect to the pilot eye level.
The ENERCOM equipment was selected based on the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO), high reliability as well as lighting comfort and safety.
