FACILITY DETAILS:
OBJECTIVES:

3. Installing the devices to meter the power consumed for lighting.
PROJECT FEATURES:
The facility is characterized by a large area and complex architecture with extreme working conditions (high temperature, dust burden etc.). The installation is carried out in conditions of round-the-clock production activities. ENERCOM technical solution enabled almost 2 times reduction of the suspension points (from 5,129 to 2,765), thus significantly decreasing the installation costs.
The ENERCOM equipment was selected based on the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO), high reliability as well as lighting comfort and safety.
RESULT:
After the facility commissioning we managed to achieve the following indicators:
- Power consumption reduced by 85%
- Savings per 1,000 sq.m a year: 460,000 rubles
- Improved light quality for work safety, reduced blinding effect
- Reduced costs for purchasing the electric power and operating expenses
- Lighting area, sq.m - 360,000
